Description
This is death metal warfare noise. No compromises, no prisoners taken – just a full-on sonic blast of destruction. Just like the cover, an original oil painting by German artist George Grosz called “Explosion”, meant to visualize the horrors of WW1 if the war ever reached Berlin. With buildings torn apart, smoke and fire painting the night sky in horrendous beauty, and everywhere – death and suffering, it is still a horrible but beautiful piece of art. Little did the artist know what would happen about 28 years later.
