Description
From the botched surgical procedures of Baltimore, MD comes Blood Vial, a brand-new brutal death metal unit hellbent on reshaping faces and rupturing internal organs on the debut single ‘Corpse Container’ which comes off their debut EP, Beyond Recognition. Beyond Recognition is a no-mercy slab of sonic carnage—an iron-fisted fusion of slam-weighted grooves, technical violence, and pure old-school barbarity.
Channeling the venomous spirit of Dying Fetus, the surgical savagery of Deeds of Flesh, and the depraved and filthy brutality of Lividity, Blood Vial carve out a sound that is as relentless as it is catastrophically heavy. Hyper-tight riffing collides with machine-gun percussion, while guttural, sewer-dwelling vocals deliver lyrical themes drenched in horror, pathology, and the disintegration of the human form.
The EP’s tracks shift between skull-cracking slams and intricately twisted passages. Every moment is crafted to punish. Every second is meant to overwhelm. And every breakdown feels like a structural collapse brought on by sheer brutality.
Releasing on digital and CD via Iron Fortress Records on December 19th, Beyond Recognition marks Blood Vial’s official declaration of war. This is a band proudly rooted in the East Coast’s long tradition of no-nonsense extremity—yet hungry to carve their own name into metal’s grimiest ledger. Prepare yourself. Blood Vial have arrived, and they’re coming for the jugular.
