Fester – Winter of Sin Pro Tape

“Winter of Sin” was released 30 years ago this year on No Fashion Records, and stands as one of the FIRST of the Norwegian black metal 2nd wave, alongside such bands as MAYHEM, BURZUM, DARKTHRONE, and more. FESTER’s approach involved a much more dynamic songwriting style, pulling major influences from death and heavy metal, often sounding like old ROTTING CHRIST in its approach, which separated it from its peers. “Winter of Sin” is often overlooked, but it is entirely important in its place in black/death metal history!

This will mark the first time “Winter of Sin” has been OFFICIALLY available on fully pro cassette tape to celebrate its 30 years of darkness. This tape will be limited to just 150 copies! “It’s the winter… the winter of sin!”
